「Besides being very clean and well maintained, the property had amenities like sunscreen and bug spray in a tray by the pool, a chair and a table outside the door I presume for smoking, a larger than normal refrigerator, and also a great breakfast with boiled eggs, milk, fruit oatmeal and other stuff beyond a normal continental breakfast . Very friendly staff too.」

「The new owners are trying very hard to please the customers. It is probably the best full-service hotel lodging option in Frankfort, with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinners. It is a short walk to the beach and lighthouses and a great jumping off point for the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore to the north and Arcadia Dunes to the south.」

「Loved the variety of food and what a cool unique place one block away from Crystal lake. For $109/night, we thought it was a steal of a deal!! Comfy bed but since it’s next to window, would be nice to have privacy curtains, instead of standard shades. Overall, still giving it five stars. We felt like it was a bargain!!」
