"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "This property is pretty much perfect as a solo traveller, it is definitely on the lower cost of properties in the town but this does not mean it is unwelcoming, uncomfortable or cold. The room very much reminded me of my university days, small but functional. Breakfast was just right to start the day, with a typical continental fare and dont miss out on a hard boiled egg. Coffee is available all day long and the honesty bar for beer, wine and soft drinks is a life saver. I wouldn't hesitate...

"On check in told I had to pay for room as it wasn’t paid for. Paid again and then when checked back on bookings I had fully paid prior to arrival. I spoke to the lady on reception who asked me to come back in the morning for a refund as she was busy with a problem. Went back in the morning and provided her with receipts of both payments and she said she would get her superior to do it the next day. I have emailed and messaged through hotels.com and had no response. Shocking service for an error on their part. "
