「娘にとってあこがれのホテルです。数年前までは、本当にお姫様が住んでると思っていました。なので、いつか泊まらせてあげたいと思っていたのを実現させました。 スパの予約を取ろうとしたら一杯で、チェックアウトに間に合いませんでした。その旨を伝えると快くチェックアウトの時間を無料で延長してくれました。 また、バスローブのポケットに携帯を忘れたのをチェックアウト後に気付き、取りに戻りました。すると、ハウスキーピングの方が携帯に気付いてとっておいてくれてました。本当に助かりました。 また泊まりたいです」

「駅近くということで宿泊しましたが、普通にホテルに向かうとぐるっと裏手までまわる必要があり、たどり着くのに大変でした。また、駅に近い分、旧市街までがちょっと歩きます。10分くらいですが。ホテル内の設備は問題なく、快適に過ごせました。」

「Nice, comfortable hotel, just a few minutes easy walk into the town. Comfortable beds in clean rooms, and a decent sized bathroom. Breakfast options were good, with some really nice cheeses and bread, along with cereals, pastries, etc. Reception staff were very helpful, both before our trip and during our stay.」

「Nice and supportive staff, hotel is close to the highway which makes it a perfect hotel for 1 night during a longer travel. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the room itself is tiny.」

「Stayed here for a week while following TdF. The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it you get your money's worth. The staff is polite and service-minded. The restaurant is very good. They offer a traditional French breakfast which is okey, but if you have been to France, you should be aware that a traditional french breakfast is not much and "okey" is as good as it gets. 」

Nous avons aimé le coin détente ' piscine - spa- sauna- hamam . Quel bonheur ce petit déjeuner ( excellent )en terrasse face au lac . 」

「Comfortable, cute and quiet space for a family stay. Shoreline of the lake is an easy 150-m walk and is gorgeous. Only recommendations for improvement would be a second mirror somewhere outside the single bathroom and some night-lights for navigating the stairs in the dark. 」

「Club bien situé en dehors du trafic d'Annecy avec une agréable vue sur le lac. Personnel à la réception et dans le restaurant extrêmement serviable et accueillant. Restaurant bien décoré et formule self-service (midi et soir) à prix intéressant. Petit-déjeuner varié. Chambre et sdb assez basiques mais acceptables pour un court séjour. Nous avions un balcon et une vue sur le lac, top! Nous ne savions pas que c'était un club qui organisait toutes sortes d'activités pour les formules demi-pension...
