"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Great service - nice facilities. Small room and wifi is not always great. Otherwise Good hotel and location. Very nice host who allowed us to use the facilities after hours. "

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"Perfect accommodation for a few days away skiing with family. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Laundry room available to dry clothing. Short walk to town and lifts. "

"Great, clean hotel located near the highway and a 40 minute drive to Flaine, France ski resort. Good wifi, onsite restaurant must be good, they were booked solid and couldn’t accept us for dinner. "

"Great spot to stay with ample parking! Check in was easy, and the room was great. Not much around within walking distance, but with a car, a quick drive away is a large grocery store and ample restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay! "
