The room was clean enough. There is a kitchenette where you can cook your meals. There is an espresso machine but there were no espresso pods which is unfortunate. Our host Fabian was amazing. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and hikes. There is no laundry facility on site but there is a laundromat, 5 mins walk away

We had to book this at the last minute. It cost us nearly $400, but we saw there was a hot tub and sauna, so it was worth it. Here's the list of things that went wrong, making this stay worth barely $100. 1. When we got there at 4pm for check-in, no one was there. No note, nothing. I had to go back through the Expedia site to find a phone number and call the person, who apologized that they weren't around, and then told us the room was open and the key was inside. Would have been nice to know this since we wasted nearly an hour on this. 2. We were coming off of hiking the TMB, so we booked this because of the Sauna and Hote Tub. We got there and the Sauna was out of order. We then got into the Hot Tob only to find out that it had no hot water, just jets!! What a complete waste of money. 3. We tried to turn on the TV and it didn't work, so some guy had to come install a new TV, which took 30 minutes with him in our room when we wanted to be resting. 4. It is right on the main road, so it is VERY noisy. If everything worked, this hotel might be just OK, but as it was it is truly terrible. If it was a chain I would be demanding my money back, but since it is a small operation, there's obviously no chance of that, so this review is my only shot at warning people away from here. DO NOT DO IT.

Great apartment. The host let us check in early and gave us a better parking spot. There is an indoor hot tub in the basement as well as a sauna and boot drying rack. Bus to all ski areas is about a 5 minute walk away.

You cannot go wrong staying at this property. Fabien will treat you right and you are both in the heart of chamonix and just outside the crowds in downtown chamonix. Walk 5 mins to everything but hear the birds in the morning as you open your balcony windows to an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc. Fabien thank you for taking such good care of us! Bravo!!

Helpful host and clean property. Very enjoyable stay overall. Easy walking distance to downtown Chamonix. Our room not very big, and didn't have mountainview, although the other rooms must have nice views. The portion of the road immediately in front of the property doesn't have sidewalk, so it's recommended to be attentive when walking into town
