「We have just returned from a great week, the chalet was great, nice and clean with everything you require for a stay. The kitchen is well equipped with spices and a few sauces sugar etc. Jacky was very helpful to us as he knows the local area really well, he gave us advice for buses up to the ski areas. We tended to jump the number 2 bus most days and the bus stop is just up from the school around the corner. We walked into town one day and that is straight forward didn't take long at all to...

「Leider mussten wir in der Küche alles zuerst putzen bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Auch den Grill konnte man nicht benutzen da er so dreckig war. Die Polster auf der Lounge draussen waren zerrissen und voll mit Vogelkot. Für diesen Preis hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet.」

「Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Philippe qui est très sympatique et serviable. La chambre était sympa avec une belle vue. Mallheureusement l'isolation sonore est très limite, on entend tout ce qui se passe. Niveau propreté la douche était très bien, les toilettes moins mais sûrement à cause des autres visiteurs qui n'avaient pas les mêmes notions d'hygiène que nous... En résumé, c'est une bonne adresse pour un court séjour.」

「Chalet Oscar is in a fantastic location central to town. We had a big group (6 adults and one infant) which works well in the layout of the chalet. It is only 8 mins walk to a great bakery, 2 minutes walk to a fantastic bar and about 10 minute into the centre of town. Access to activities was brilliant and we got free train passes from the tourist office which made for a great week when not much else was open. The chalet has a great layout with the ground floor being completely self contained...

Main negatives are lower level (where bedrooms are located) is very very warm, need to keep windows cracked to be comfortable. Hot tub temp drops fairly fast when in use.
