"The front desk employees are welcoming and helping. They introduced the train closed to hotel which we didn’t know before. It’s very convenient as we took the train to everywhere since we arrived. "

"I travelled with my family, including 2 kids, around France. This was my son's favorite hotel out of the 3. It was great having a separate room/space for the kids. Hotel was clean and cozy, even during the summer. My son loved the lobby and giant chess board. I loved the balcony overlooking the river and mountain view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Location was perfect, just a 5 miute walk from the center. We ate at the pizzeria next door, and it's just down the street from Le Monchu. We did not have a chance to try the pool or spa, etc. I'm sure it would be great after a ski day in the winter. The staff were all very nice, and ee were able to leave our bags there for awhile as our departure was several hours after check out. We walked to/from the bus station as well as to all of the activities in the center of town. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near Chamonix center, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from, and within walking distance of the Brévent cable car. Each apartment has its own dedicated spot in the underground parking lot, which is very convenient. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was clean, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from our balcony of the glaciers and paragliders landing nearby. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the indoor pool was a great bonus. There’s also a washing and drying machine available, operated with tokens you can purchase from reception for €5. We even had a mid-stay cleaning service, which was very helpful. The only drawback was that one of the single beds in the living room was not very comfortable."
