Then he had the nerve to tell me that I don’t have the patience for 2min to take the phone call. Not good service. Next there is a sign outside the kitchen saying access hours 8am to 10pm, else they will be fined. This does not make sense. I had to warm up my food at 11pm not knowing this sign was there. But I didn’t go in, due sign about fine. Absolutely ridiculous. No empathy for customers. I think the customer service is lacking in this establishment."

"I made a last minute booking for one night as the motel I'd originally booked didn't work for me. Given the price was lower than the motel, I was pleasantly surprised at what was on offer. If you are in the UK think Premier Inn with kitchenette with washer and dryer. Perfect!"
