House was recently remodeled and comfortable with 2 large HDTV's and an excellent WiFi connection that allows ROKU streaming from many services. Large washer & dryer. The living room has a 3-piece projection bay window that gives a large, dramatic view of beautiful Lake Ontario. Water & sky meet on the horizon to give an ocean-like view of this Great Lake.
