「The cottage was very clean! The decor is beautiful and the furniture was brand new. The kitchen was small but very well stocked and met our needs. Nice large refrigerator! The highlight of the weekend for the grandkids was the pond. They caught so many fish and loved the paddle boat. We loved the lake view and sunsets. The fire pit was stocked with wood and had plenty of chairs around it. The property owners were so nice and responded right away when we had a question. 」

The 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for the two of us and our Italian Greyhound. We appreciated all the little touches, as well, like the watered flowers. It was definitely our home for that week, with everything we needed.」

「The view was beautiful. As stated this area has some bugs, so be prepared some sprays and repellents. The nearby park is beautiful and it has two small charcoal grills. The house is above a garage so you need to walk up steps to get to the entrance. Inside is a K-cup machine and simple kitchen essentials. Place was clean, linens and towels were provided and there was WiFi available 」

「Renting this property is all about expectations. We didn’t expect perfection from an older lakeside cabin, so we were thrilled with the outdoor space, the views, and the amenities like the private yard, fire pit, rope swing, and the amount of space it gave our family and two dogs. PROS: The location was fantastic as well, with a small town just to the east with restaurants and parks and a short (scenic!) drive to Niagara Falls and Buffalo to the south.
