「出張で宿泊したので、机が使いやすくてよかった。」

「We love their breakfasts, but this stay was not a good breakfast experience. We got there over a half an hour before the time for breakfast ended. But there was only one sausage left a couple of egg omelettes, no cinnamon roll rolls in the empty container, and when I tried to make a pancake, it just said pancake bag needs to be replaced, and there was also no orange juice. The attendant did come out and replace the juice when another guest was standing there waiting. I stood there waiting for...

「I had to kill three bugs during my stay. The toilet didn’t work. A large group of kids ran around all night banging on doors and nothing was done about it.」

「This is an older hotel with many fixtures needing replacing. The bathroom mirror light needs a new fluorescent bulb or an LED upgrade. Two of the labs three did not work. 5he sink drain and trap need cleaning. How gross to have drain water back up while washing your face or brushing one's teeth.」

「Clean room, great breakfast. Staff very nice. Pool is definitely on the smaller size and unfortunately the hot tub was full of parents with cases...yes cases, of beer and other drinks and they never left the area for other people to get in and use the hot tub.」

「Shower had mold and the shower nozzle kept facing the wall. I wish when you make a reservation clearly for 6 people there would hear least a towel for each person and extra toilet paper. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. 」

「Don’t bother. We had to stay here for a baseball tournament and I honestly cannot believe they would offer this as a hotel option. It looks nice from the photos online but the place is a dump. They have updated certain things, like the front desk, to make it look fresh and new but as soon as you walk down the hallway you can tell they really haven’t done anything. The carpet has to have been there since the 80’s. The second floor has no air conditioning in the hallways so it is extremely hot in...

「Upon check-in, I discovered human waste in the toilet of my first assigned room, #311. When I reported this, the staff member on duty was visibly rude. After being moved to room #208, the same individual became argumentative regarding the room type and ultimately slammed the door on me. Due to the significant health concerns, I felt unsafe and checked out immediately.」
