1 bed suite is ok. I wouldn't pay for balcony, there was no view and it's unappealing.
Bed was comfortable.
Difficult to contact reception or anyone in the evening, took 30mins to get through because they forgot to make up the sofa bed. Hotel is ok, reasonably clean but still looks dated.

Property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. We only had 24hrs in Sydney but would stay here again in future. We ordered room service for dinner via the in room digital concierge, which was efficient, food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Buffet breakfast was well stocked with plenty to choose from.

Bathroom extractor fan had a lot of mould on it and wasn't working at all. Minor dirt on the bench top - crumbs of food and dust. Other than that it was lovely.
