"The room reeked of smoke (non-smoking hotel) the door around the handle was black with dirt 2 the floors were dirty, the heating/ac unit smelled like something was burning when we put the heat on - we have stayed there many times but it was so dirty and the smell was awful - will probably not stay there ever again. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and interior. Home is dated but sufficient for your needs. Staff were great. Access into the guesthouse makes you feel safe. Would stay again. "

"The parking was a bit confusing as i turned into a gated lot and did not have room key with me. I hadnt checked in yet. The gate wouldn't raise and i couldnt back out onto a busy street. Then magically for no explained reason it opened. This was on the lobby level,entrance on side. The bar has a limited menu for breakfast. Better bet is to visit Tim Horton's across the street "
