The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. 「Schönes Appartement mit schattiger Terrasse. Leider ließ sich die Badezimmertür nicht richtig schließen und aus den Abflüssen kam phasenweise ekelhafter Gestank. Betten waren gut, kleine Küchenzeile, ausreichend ausgestattet. 」

「We have been staying here for about 15 years or more. We have stayed in other aparthotels in the area but prefer Pierre et Vacances. The apt is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfy with clean sheets every few days. The hotel is generally quiet. We noticed this time at the pool there were a number of larger groups of travellers but the hotel staff were keeping tabs on those situations. The hotel is well situated and well maintained. The grocery store is a new convenience....
