"The staff were incredible! Keisha at the front desk was outstanding! Thomas was great as well! Carlos from the kitchen staff was amazing. We were is a difficult situation as my son suffered severe injuries while on vacation in Costa rica and was at CIMA hospital. The staff were truly amazing.
