"Friendly helpful staff, cute space and comfortable beds, everything you need from a local hotel"

"The property is new and in great condition. Rooms are comfortable. Laundry, heated outdoor pool and gym are great…so was the breakfast. One complaint was the airport shuttle. We were told to be in the lobby 10 minutes before the hour and the shuttle would leave on the hour. After repeated inquiries to the front desk and security staff the shuttle arrived 15 minutes after the hour. As we were told to get to the airport 3 hours before an international flight this delayed almost caused us issues with catching our flight home. "

"The property is efficiently arranged and incredibly clean. There are also a couple of 'oasis' areas in the hotel where you can take in a view of the surrounding mountains and enjoy a fresh breeze from garden atrium. Good restaurant food as well which makes this a great venue for solo travelers"

"I’ve genuinely never stayed anywhere quite like this—and not in a good way. This hotel is so far from 5-star, it’s hard to know where to begin. On arrival, there was just one person working at reception during what we were told is peak season. You’re forced into a single queue for everything—check-in, broken room keys, general queries—which meant a long wait just to get to the desk. Unsurprisingly, no one in the queue seemed happy. The rooms are incredibly dated—like stepping back into the 1970s. Everything feels old and tired, right down to a corded phone mounted on the bathroom wall. It’s not charming or retro, just in serious need of an update. Breakfast was completely average—nothing you’d expect from a hotel positioning itself as 5-star. The pool itself is decent, but it was so overcrowded that people were sitting on the floor due to a lack of seating. Towels also ran out and weren’t replenished, despite asking multiple times. At best, this is a 3-star hotel charging 5-star prices. I wouldn’t recommend it."

"Friendly neighborhood, restaurants in walking distance and Claro phone services. There wasn't ac, there was a fan. The room and washrooms are nice. There is a mini fridge but you need to plug it in. The property has a friendly dog and greenery/green house area. Sometimes the dog pees there and does it's business. Maybe better training of the dog would be good. It would also be nice if staff was at the front desk more as sometimes WhatsApp messages take a long time for a response or non-response I'm not sure if it was because of Easter, but the church across the street was very loud even at 2am Friday to Sunday morning. The streets were full of church goers so I assume there was an event. Had I known, I wouldn't have stayed there. "
