I could hear every bit of noise from the elevator when it started, stopped, and some nights, screeching sounds. I asked the staff to change my room to the same type, but they gave me a different, older room where the carpet had rips, and the couch had rips. I got a lesser quality room for the remainder of my 5-day stay. I've stayed here numerous times, but I think my last visit will be my last. "
