「Great place to stay and we had an amazing view from the room, thank you. The room was clean and very spacious. Our welcome was lovely. The staff are all amazing. The only thing thay let's this hotel down is the food, quite dated and the meat we had was quite tough. Reminded me of school dinners. We actually ended up eating at another 4 star hotel, with much better food and an extensive mixed menu. Hotel however lovely. 」

「Great stay. Spa is modernized, rooms seem a bit dated. Dinner and breakfast were very good the afternoon snack can be skipped for the most part, especially since space on the terrace is very limited. Bus to go skiing leaves directly out front. 」

「The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity.
Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance.
I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities.」
「The hotel is very close to the major cable car accesses at the resort as well as to the center of the town. Breakfast is great! All the staff were kind, cheerful and flexible. Wi-Fi access was not super fast, but in a good condition. I would probably come back to this hotel for the next time at the resort.」
