We enjoyed that the gondola was right across the street. The gym and spa were top notch and we enjoyed the fact that we could charge our vehicle while parked. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel and hug it recommend to family and friends

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Plenty of parking and a short stroll into the village. Our modern room was a good size, bed and pillows very comfortable and a very nice balcony overlooking the pools and village. Shower was good, so too the Wi-Fi. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of food and we ordered one bar meal which was very good. On Sunday and Monday they only serve pre booked set meals. We didn’t realise this and as we only wanted a salad then we were unable to eat. The relaxation areas and pools are great - comfortable loungers, plenty of towels and indoor/outdoor pools are heated 😊. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maybe they could improve on English signage and communication? I only know basic German so found it a bit difficult at times.

One of the better hotels we have visited

On a long trip in Europe, this was undoubtedly the best hotel. Fantastic staff everywhere from reception, bar and restaurant. The location together with good parking makes access easy. The spa department together with several swimming pools was very good. The rooms were great and well cleaned. Very high standard in everything. The most important thing was that we felt at home and welcome because of the hospitable people who work there.

Alps stay

This is excellent hotel situated just outside of Wörgl on the slopes of Alps and next to cable car. Rooms are spacious with beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains and hotel’s swimming pool. On the contrary, service received during the breakfast was appalling. Multiple restaurant staff attempted to remove us from the table and food replenishing was non exsistent one hour to 45 minutes before the end of breakfast service. We complained to a manager.

Unser Aufenthalt hat etwas durchwachsen angefangen, da die Bad/WC nicht gut geputzt war. Das Hotel hat aber am nächsten Tag sofort reagiert und uns sogar angerufen und eine gute Lösung gefunden. Danke dafür. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ebenfalls durchwachsen. Manche sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, andere hingegen geben einem kein Gefühl des Willkommens sein. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Viel Hausgemachtes und sehr lecker. Das Abendessen (Buffet) konnte diese Qualität leider nicht halten. Da gibt es in vergleichbaren Häusern deutlich besseres Essen. (Auswahl/Qualität/Frische) Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Sportbereich ist toll. Wir konnten uns einen Rucksack kostenlos leihen. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Man ist direkt neben der Gondel und kann in die Berge starten. Preis-Leistung ist für uns nicht ganz gegeben, aber es ist ok. Hunde sind willkommen.

Schönes Zimmer und schöner Wellnessbereich, insgesamt eine super Erfahrung. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war eine etwas chaotische Zuordnung der Tische im Restaurant, wo das Personal ein wenig verwirrt war. Tolle Lage direkt beim Skilift.

Die Lage ist exzellent, ein Katzensprung zur Seilbahn. Das Hotel mit viel Liebe und ohne zu sparen eingerichtet. Der Wellness Bereich sauber, mit einer Selbstbedienungsecke; wir haben den langen Schwimmbecken sehr genossen!! Aber vor allem fanden wir das Personal extrem nett und engagiert!!
