The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. Spotlessly clean, the apartment (Deluxe Studio 2) had everything we needed. 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and Bayerisch Gmain train station. Lovely walks around the local area and a short walk to Bad Reichenhall. Communication was great with Claudia, the owner, and all smooth checkingbin and out. Nice size balcony with incredible views!"

"We loved this hotel!! The location was perfect! It’s opposite the main station which was fantastic for our arrival, trips out to konigsee and eagles nest and leaving to our next destination. The hotel room was really large with a gorgeous balcony. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The pass for free local transport was a great bonus!"

"An amazing location only a short 2 minute walk to the town centre of Berchtesgaden. Upon arrival reception were very friendly, helpful and spoke English. 100% on customer service. Rooms were perfect, very clean and maintained, the views were amazing. Breakfast was very good, fresh coffee, juices pastries, hot food and cold food. Didn't use the pool and Spa facilities but they were operational and looked good. Will definitely be coming back here."

It is also conveniently located close to many sightseeing attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always happy to answer our questions and assist with anything we needed. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a spectacular location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Fantastic hotel with stunning views over the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - we all felt incredibly relaxed and could t get enough of the views! The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great and loved the fact there was lactose free milk! The only thing to be aware of is there is a steep 20 minute walk to the town and so taxis are needed in the evening if you don’t have a car - they cost 11 euros one way. We will definitely be back!"
