Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. "

We were fortunate to have views of Neuschwanstein from our room and balcony which was magical. The hotel had parking available and was in walking distance to the castles. Breakfast had many options too. We'd recommend staying here if you are visiting the area."

"This property is exactly as advertised. I found it very nice. The people were nice even though we couldn’t understand each other, communicating was smooth. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because we never got the wifi password. It wasn’t included in any papers or in the room. I didn’t seek it out past that so it may have been easily obtained had I called. Very nice time here, beautiful quiet area. "
