Wonderful Stay!

My family of four spent several wonderful nights exploring Garmisch and Munich using Phillipe's apartment as our home base. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and most importantly sparkling clean. Phillipe was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The location was perfect for easy access to sights as there is a bus stop at the entry way. Grocery stores are literally next door so it is easy to pop over for any food. Plus it is very quiet and we all slept well, an important part for any successful vacation with kids. We would definitely recommend booking this apartment!

Quaint winter escape

The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. A key lockbox would be convenient to use only if you have someone unable to be in person from 3-7p during those check in times. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Clean and convenient.

Very centrally located between town and the ski slopes. Phillipe was very kind and his place is very clean and well equipped with everything you need.

Great place to stay.

We stayed for two nights. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for all three of us. The location is perfect for temporary vacationers. There is plenty of things to do in the area and all the castles are within a hours drive. Phillip was very easy to work with even though we came later in the evening. He was a very gracious host. Thank you for adding to a great vacation for my family.

Relaxing and comfortably cozy holiday apartment

Beautifully maintained and immaculate apartment! Less than a five minute walk to 2 different grocery stores (Aldi & Edeka), along with a Fristo Getränkemarkt! We had a lovely time exploring the area knowing that there was a nice warm apartment to return to and relax. A restaurant next door gave a great option if we returned too late and did not want to cook dinner. The host Phillipe was very friendly, helpful and courteous. We highly recommend staying here.

Not very good

The house is not in the centre of Grainau but in a congested street. It is not a typical mountain house. The kitchen wasn't clean and the electrical appliances were old, tv too. There isn't any internet connection (we are in 2016!!!) The bus arrives every half hour/hour closely to the house but you have to wait for the connecting train. Trekking paths are not well signed.

Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet. Vorhanden waren unter anderem WC-Papier, Seife, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Backpapier...alles da!Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das in die Jahre gekommene Mobiliar. Die Betten waren aber super bequem.

Top Lage und sehr gut gelegen. In der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt und der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Lediglich ein leichter Geruch nach kaltem Rauch war bemerkbar.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung werde die irgendwann wieder Buchen. Der Ort ist schön ruhig und nicht weit von Garmisch,wir hatten eine schöne Zeit,es gibt viel zu sehen wie die Zugspitze oder Schloss Lichtenstein und vieles mehr,wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs

Tolle Woche

Unser Aufenthalt war besser, als erwartet. Die Wohnung ist sogar größer, als die Bilder es darstellen können dank einem tollen Schnitt. Es hat sich angefüllt wie ein Zuhause. Alles sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt! Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hoftor, Aldi, Edeka nur 500 Schritte entfernt. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Beim nächsten GP Besuch buchen wir die Wohnung definitiv noch mal!
