Great location, impressive hotel.

Modern hotel in great location with convenient parking. Clean rooms, excellent facilities and friendly staff. Bart couldn’t do more to make my stay enjoyable and is clearly the life and soul of the hotel.

The host, Bart, was so friendly and helpful, and gave us some wonderful ideas of things to do during our stay. The property itself was perfect and exactly what I wanted, quiet and so easy to reach many of the activities that I wanted to enjoy while there. Several excellent restaurants were walking distance from the property. Breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. An excellent stay, thank you!

Overnight stop very close to gorge walk. Fantastic view from windows, wonderful bathroom and brilliant breakfast. Definitely recommend.

If you seek quiet and mountain beauty this is it.

We will definitely stay again.Next time longer. Owner is on site and personally made sure that our stay was perfect. Breakfast buffet was delicious. A quiet mountain retreat.

We arrived late, but the owner sent instructions for accessing the room key by email. Breakfast is provided at this hotel, there is no surcharge. It is in a lovely, quiet area in the Tirol mountains, with beautiful scenery, a friendly host and beautiful hotel. We will definitely stay here again. It may seem a long drive, but it is well worth it.

Absolutely beautiful and quiet setting, nestled between the mountains, and close to Mittenwald. Host is very welcoming. It is a small independent hotel, so don't expect all the amenities of a major chain. The small deluxe room is quite small, but you shouldn't be in this part of the world to spend much time in your room. Breakfast is light and cold items, but delicious. Room was clean, water pressure in the shower was great, and plenty of hot water. There's no A/C, which is common. Be prepared to hear a little traffic early in the morning if your window is open. It's just the world calling to you to get out of bed and enjoy the nature of the area! Wish we could have spent a week here instead of one night! Danke Bart!

Very clean, beautiful views, great breakfast, close to a fantastic gorge for hiking. Bart was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that detracted from our stay was the glass wall that separates the bathroom from the sleeping area (which is actually one room).

Jättetrevlig ägare som kunde rekommendera både restauranger och utflykter. Fina rum, frukosten var väldigt god. Jag som glutenintolerant kunde få mitt glutenfria bröd uppvärmt, ägaren sa att om man säger till några dagar i förväg kan man få glutenfritt bröd annars fanns det ej. Vi bokade med kort varsel så kunde ta med eget bröd. Ligger fint vid bergen. Fanns tyvärr ingen fläkt så blev ganska varmt, det var lite lyhört ut i korridoren men störde inte så mycket.
