「The location is in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. The area looks recently renovated, and we felt safe walking around. There are many dining options within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior is modern and spacious. Wifi is fast. The food court downstairs played music in the evening, but it ended around 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.」

「Everything felt clean and comfortable inside the apartment. It was easy to find and park. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was perfect. The garbage disposal needed to be run bc it was omitting a foul smell; food from a previous stay was still down there. Once we dealt with the smell, the place aired out and all was well. We loved that it was walking distance to shops and places to eat. 」

「We had a great week long stay here! Location was perfect-close to Disney, LA, family in Anaheim and lots of stores and places to eat nearby. We felt very safe in the unit the entire stay. Host was very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all things needed. Loved the outside balcony/porch attached to one of the bedrooms. Parking was always easy to find. Building unit is in is super cute with a water feature in the courtyard!」

「My family and I had no issues during our stay. The property was clean, it was easy to check in, and Grace responded to some inquiries in a timely manner. The only negatives are more personal reasons. In one of the bedrooms, there was only one outlet to plug in electronics. The property is located on a very noisy and busy street which made it hard to fall asleep. That being said, the property itself and the neighboring units were pretty quiet. 」

「We just recently became grandparents and we traveled to Orange to see our grandson for the first time. This rental was located in the building next to where our children live. It was very handy and convenient. This place is located in a great spot which enables you to walk to anything that you would ever need. The room was perfect and our host texted us quickly to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! Looking forward to coming back.」

「The space is clean, we’ll equipped and right in the middle of the best that Santa Ana has to offer. Great communication as well, as the parking/check-in instructions are a bit complex due to the nature of the space. However, those instructions are thorough and very easy to follow once on site. "The location was excellent—close to both Disneyland and the Convention Center. The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was very satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast was substantial, with eggs, sausage patties, muffins, and fruit. The self-serve waffles were especially delicious. Right next to the hotel, there was a 7-Eleven, and a pharmacy was located across the street, which made it very convenient to pick up anything we needed. I had seen some reviews mentioning noise, so I was a bit concerned, but my room was on the opposite side from the road, and I couldn’t hear any traffic at all. Occasionally, I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms or the floor above, but it wasn’t bothersome. The only downside was the internet. The hotel’s free Wi-Fi had an unstable connection, making it difficult to handle large data transfers. I could watch YouTube on my laptop, but the video often stopped to buffer. It also took a very long time to send videos through messaging apps. If this might be a concern for you, bringing a portable Wi-Fi device would make your stay perfect."
