"Property is directly across from the Retiro and in a beautiful area. The hotel is in need of some updating. We had a patio overlooking the park that was dusty and not really comfortable for sitting. Also the windows could have been cleaner especially since they do not open so there was no option for looking out. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. "

"Very good location - nice for a first-time visit. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Building is well renovated. Rooms could be better for the price though - A/C was very loud so had to keep windows open instead (the would not work so well if I went in summer), one time there was some unpleasant bathroom smell, and card key kept demagnetizing twice a day - time to fix the card system. Would still recommend the place overall."

Stuff very helpful and professional, One complain- there should be on each floor or at least in one place ( next to breakfast area) coffee, hot water machine with tea bags and cups. I was staying in hotel for a week in cold weather, didn’t feel well and couldn’t get simple tea!"
