From the outside, when we first arrived - we were not sure what we had signed up for, as the house sits on a block that is a bit isolated and the front porch is enclosed by screens. The moment you step into the house, it is GORGEOUS, updated, and obviously well-cared for. Beautiful walking trails around nearby lakes are only a couple of blocks away, as are the grocery store, shopping area, and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, wifi is strong (I had several work zoom meetings with no issue), and the furnishing/colors/plants are truly wonderful. Host answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Price was VERY low for what you get."

"A very nice hotel in a great area of Orlando. Rooms were spacious, modern-looking, well laid out and clean. Breakfast was above average compared to a typical hotel. Hot brewed complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs. "

"Our A/C was intermittent. We ran out of tissues. they only clean rooms every other day."

"One positive is the communication response time was very good when we had problems. But the door code did not work, the AC did not work, the toilet could not pass a simple building inspection - too close to wall - could not sit down on toilet facing forward without banging arm against the wall and knees could not fit in front either?!!! I am only 5'9" tall- NOT a big person. Also, toilet is too low- 13" off the floor."
