"The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was impossibly low to the ground. They charged me for a third room I didn't book or ask for. The food was horribly expensive: $34 for fish and chips. $22 for a burger. $4.50 for a coke. I wasn't provided a check-out bill when we left."

The hotel should consider replacing the carpets or switching to hardwood flooring, which would make the rooms feel cleaner and fresher."

"A very nice hotel in a great area of Orlando. Rooms were spacious, modern-looking, well laid out and clean. Breakfast was above average compared to a typical hotel. Hot brewed complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs. "

"The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up. Blinds need replacing and some outlets were not working, towel rack in bathroom broken, toilet not secure, floor mat in bathroom needs replacing. Place needs some TLC. Lastly parking is on a first come first serve basis. Guest will need to park out in street if someone is parked in the driveway. This can be somewhat difficult for someone who has difficulty walking any distances. "

"One positive is the communication response time was very good when we had problems. But the door code did not work, the AC did not work, the toilet could not pass a simple building inspection - too close to wall - could not sit down on toilet facing forward without banging arm against the wall and knees could not fit in front either?!!! I am only 5'9" tall- NOT a big person. Also, toilet is too low- 13" off the floor."
