「Everything was perfect for our holiday family getaway. 」

「Unfortunately there were amenities that weren't in use due to water issues in Kannapolis, so can't really rate those. I didn't like that when checking in no one asked for identification. That did make me a little uncomfortable as other hotels have always asked for my license to verify that I'm who I say I am. Other than that everything else was ok.」

「This is my second time staying here. Rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. This is now favorite place to book when I am visiting the area. 」

「Upon arriving at front desk you are greeted by a friendly and respectful owner. Located in a quiet area, rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable for a goodnights sleep. Wi-Fi available, fridge and microwave, no breakfast but you are close to services close by.」

「Checking in to the hotel I was hit with a fee of $60 for what they finally said was for incidentals but refused to use my credit card I had on file or take my debit card. They insisted that they only wanted cash. Check out is 11AM at 9:35am, someone kept opening my room door but luckily I had the security lock inside on. I went to the front desk who said it was housekeeping and no explanation why housekeeping kept opening my room door. The staff was very unfriendly and not polite. In order to...
