「We just returned from an 11 day trip to Alaska. There were a total of 4 adults in our group and all would say the highlight of the trip was our stay at Coho Cabana in Halibut Cove! Eric & Sarah have created a restful retreat, just far enough away from the busyness of the world that we felt disconnected for a few days. We were treated to easy access, beautiful scenery, wildlife viewing, hiking, kayaking, local dining, as well as many other local attractions. The cabin is very comfortable and...

"It is a hotel within walking distance from downtown. There is a riverside promenade, making it a quiet and relaxing environment. The Alaska Railroad Anchorage Station is also nearby, so it can serve well as a base for travel. The facilities are a bit dated and the amenities are minimal, but sufficient. A complimentary buffet-style breakfast was provided, which was very convenient."
