Shower drips 24x7, toilet flush is so dramatic it can wake everyone on the floor, doors are so heavy that you cant sneak out of a room without a huge 'clunk'. "Staff was so great. jasmine at the front desk as well as Jacaroy (I think that’s how you spell it) was so helpful kind and respectful. Housekeepers were so sweet! Accommodations were made for us.
