"Location was great, short walk to thermal baths and waterfall. Close to train station and everything else. Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast and massage services on site which were very helpful for our tired bodies! The room was clean and comfortable and a great value. Water in shower was not as hot as I like it but it was comfortable, so we adapted and didn’t let the is minor thing overshadow the good things. "

area. The water in the pool was a bit cold but it may be due to it being part of the wellness approach they were encouraging. We were greeted with sweet treats in the room and a personalized note is which added a special touch. And the breakfast was big and amazing!!"

"What a wonderful hotel in every way. Small, clean, quiet and excellent service. If you are planning a trip to Machu Picchu peublo (Aguas Calientes) this is the place to stay. It is next to an active train line, but noise from that is infrequent to not be an issue. We also booked two excursions through the hotel which were excellent. The restaurant is delicious and the

"My daughter and I stayed here for two nights. We had an easy time checking in. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. After doing 2 circuits and climbing Huchuy Picchu we wanted to use the

. You have to ask at the front desk to use it, but they gladly cleaned it and filled it for us. The property is in the middle of town, but our room was at the back of the property and it was very quiet. I would gladly stay here again. "

"It’s a nice, clean, modern hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was big with a view of the mountains. Only con was the bathtub was difficult to step into. Breakfast was plentiful. We got 5 kilos of laundry done for $20. Best bargain ever. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the location. It was up a very long and steep hill at the top of town. Although when we arrived at train station the hotel sent someone to meet us and he very kindly pulled my suitcase up the hill. There...
