"We had a lovely stay and our interactions with the front desk were always super. Everyone was helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing special, although they will make you an omelette if you ask. The toilets are separate from the bathrooms in the bedrooms and I didn’t love this, but it’s not the end of the world. He gave the taxi the wrong address, and when I went back and told him about the mistake, he didn’t even apologize or take ownership of the fact that he gave the wrong address to the taxi and at the end of the day I paid both fares and wasn’t even Given remedy for the mistake. Also, one night when I couldn’t sleep I asked the front desk man if it was safe to do a quick walk around...

"The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well so I didn't feel lost when directions were required. We had an issue with our room the first night and they relocated us asap. We were very thankful. The only down fall was the lobby was being renovated so there was no place to seat and relax in the lobby - felt sorry for the staff who were trying to work during all the construction. We made the best of the situation ...I would stay there again."
