The space
The hot tub is available and ready use all year around, offering an immersive replenishing and deeply rejuvenating experience. An artesian well (constantly flowing) flows from the ground offering spring quality drinking water that the house draws upon. The property is set on a 300foot long constantly flowing brook in an evergreen forest offering a close visual and sound connection to the rejuvenating water. Come and enjoy "The Water House".
The Main Living/Dining room, Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms and bathroom all enjoy direct views of the cascading brook. The house has recently been fitted with cozy central heating. The bar, also with brook views, comes with a diverse range of cocktail and drink accessories. The 2nd lounge/media room has a 55" flat screen TV with cable, Roku , surround sound and karaoke set up. This all season interior setting is perfect for a relaxing time away with a loved one, friends or family.

Please note:
- The hot tub water is changed every 2 weeks.
- This place is not suitable for parties or events, large or small, with respect to our neighbors. If you are planning some kind of low key celebration (anniversary/birthday) and are unsure if it is permissible, please discuss with the host before booking.
- As you can see, the house, deck and adjoining areas are right on the Brook. Parental supervision for children and sound judgment for all are highly advised to avoid any unintended water experiences : )
