"I stayed her for 3 nights. A few items were missing (stolen) from my room. These items lost had sentimental value to me as well as it cost me $200. I told the front desk twice and was told that management would look into it and get back to me. Two weeks later after asking the front desk twice and emailing the hotel, I heard nothing.
