"Great location, large rooms, excellent breakfast!"

"We felt so spoiled by the level of service at the St Regis. The staff was wonderful and the hotel and rooms were beautiful. We also slept really well so can’t ask for more!!"

"Clean room, great view of the city, and a good breakfast"

"Clean and good location for family on vacation"

"Loved the onsen and the room layout. It was incredibly spacious and tidy. I loved the decor and the room amenities. The hotel is very conveniently located to the station and the deer park. The deer wander in to the hotel regularly and it’s so peaceful. We did not book breakfast as we personally prefer a western style breakfast. It would be lovely if the restaurant had more options for dining."
