"We booked the Crowne Plaza in Da Nang at the last minute. The hotel we had originally booked wasn't up to the standard we had expected, so we chose the Crowne Plaza from their profile on Expedia. Within an hour they had prepared a standard room on the 28th floor! The room was excellent; a comfortable bed, a wonderful shower and bath area, a stunning view of the city and the river and bay beyond, and a smart TV that we could connect to our Netflix and You Tube accounts. Room service was very good, with a nice set of meal, dessert and drinks options. The best aspect of the hotel was the staff. Everyone from the reception desk and the breakfast staff, to the gym and spa staff (shout out to therapist Mina and spa receptionist Tania!), all were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and always smiling. We love Vietnam and will definitely be coming again. Thank you Crowne Plaza, thank you Vietnam!"

"Magnificent. The cat food bowls and the Regency cats near our room very especially cute. The restaurant choices were just to our liking. The beach was superb too, but unfortunately the waves were too small for body surfing. Front desk service was excellent."

"I absolutely cannot rate this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, along with during my entire stay, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy any guest could ask for. All staff were remarkable but 3 in particular. I am eternally grateful to Mai Trang, Huy and Cam. My stay mattered and these 3 went above and beyond to demonstrate this. The hotel should value and cherish their approach to customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and again, the staff were very respectful. The bartender who made my night cap (old fashion cocktail) was also very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the river from my room was awesome. My stay here will be in my thoughts for a long time to come. Thank you so much."
