「1* for hotel service. None of the questions were successfully resolved: 1) figuring how to pay for kid for Sunday brunch took 4 days. Nobody knew the answer. 2) Sunday brunch 11-1pm finished at 12:30pm when service left without notifying. Nobody showed up. 3) We forgot an item on table after brunch. Somebody cleaned, but nobody knew the contact person. Nobody reached back. In few days the answer was "sorry, nothing was found" 4) Same for item left in the room after checkout. We were asked to...

「The customer service was non existent. And there was no VIP perk for me since I didn't have a car. There was no personal on site even though it said there would be Monday through Saturday.」
