"The ladies that checked us in were amazing. It was fairly busy yet they were professional and courteous. During our stay the maintenance staff was helpful in guiding us to the areas we were looking for. The lazy river was serene, the hot tub was nice and warm. Check out was seamless."

"Just perfect! Everything! Rooms big beautiful, very very clean with kerig, micro, fridge. Balcony overlooks little creek or village. Don’t pay more for village, riverside more quiet and serene. Linens wonderful, two person shower with bench. Pool rooftop, very nice. But the best is the location. Literally Walk out hotel to hours and entertainment , food, or just relax in one of the 500 rocking chairs. Trust my review, from a impressed, Canadian …..this resort is perfect. "This condo was very clean and neat. It would be a little tight with four people sharing one bathroom, unless it was a family with children. The elevator was a little funky - it always stops on the first floor on the way down whether you push the button or not! Exit is at B. But, at least there is an elevator! The accommodations were very nice, just BEWARE of the large Property Fee added to the seemingly low nightly price."

"It’s a split level with lots of stairs. But if you don’t mind the climb, it’s worth it. Aunt Bugs was great and we had a lovely time. Pool was a little small and we had to share it with the entire complex. Other than that, had a great time. "

"The cable boxes didn’t work in two of the bedrooms. The jets in the main bathtub didn’t work. The beds were very hard. My son chose to sleep on the couch due to the beds and not having a TV. Also, you have to take your trash down the hill to almost the entrance. "

"Very nice chalet. It was clean and roomy and nicely decorated. Two hot tubs, a pool table, two fuse ball tables, air hockey table and arcade games. The two kitchens were fully stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and everything a big group would need. Close to grocery stores and other types of stores. The bedrooms were fantastic! All were private with your own rest room and flat screen tv. There was also a media room but you have to bring your own movies. Highly recommend this chalet. "

"Everything was perfect. Very nice, up to date condo, plenty of room, everything you needed was supplied. LOVED it because both bedrooms had king size beds. This was a deciding factor in my decision. The area all around was very nice, clean and felt very safe. It was great that it only took about 5 minutes to get to the main strip where everything was located conveniently."
