「スタッフの応対が丁寧であった。日本語を話すスタッフもおり、玄関での応対にもにこやかに日本語で「おかえりなさい」と言葉かけしてきた。ショッピングの情報では舞踊衣装の製造業者を教えたり、日本でも有名なコーヒーGeishaを変える店の紹介を受け、目的道理の成果を得られた。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食も野菜料理が完備していて美味で、毎日たべても飽きないように品数を入れ替えていた。施設はどこも清潔て゛快適だった。」

「Recommend that all tours and events be booked a month in advance. It was a little hard to connect with someone to book the culinary and Neri Market tour with the chef. The rooms are exquisite and high end and the decor all the way through the hotel was well appointed. I recommend the king suite in the Spanish section facing the courtyard. The 1739 wine and dinner pairing was exceptional. Highly recommend. Make sure you spend time at the pool during midday and the drinks at night on the roof top...
