"It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. "La struttura è grande ma facilmente fruibile perché tutto è vicino e a misura d'uomo, piscina e parcheggio a vista compresi. Gli ambienti delle camere sono funzionali e ben sfruttati. "Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina."

"Wir hatten eine Villa (3-Zimmer-Apartment). Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Waschmaschine) und kleiner Terrasse. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Angestellten bemüht. Leider sprechen viele kein Englisch, so dass immer jemand von der Rezeption angerufen werden muss. Wir hatten etwas auf dem Parkplatz vergessen und haben leider 2 Wochen später immer noch keine Antwort erhalten, ob man es uns nachschicken kann. Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!"

"Sandra, the host was incredible friendly and welcoming. We were hiking and arrived in the late afternoon - without hesitation Sandra shared a large cold bottle of iced water and ice tea from her private stock without charging anything. If you are lucky you will meet Anacleto too - the families lovely dog. The room was clean, nice and modern. The pool refreshing and clean. And the entire place is like a dream - peaceful and beautiful."
