"Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."

As I did not have a car, I needed to secure drivers from the train station pick up and to visit Cascate del Murino. "A lovely relaxing place to stay. The scenery is stunning, the staff very welcoming and friendly. We went at the start of the season so very quiet, instead of buffet breakfast and dinner everything was made to order - think there was only one other couple staying. The food was excellent a 4 course meal made to order was only €30 for 2 people. Can’t recommend more highly ❤️"
