Beautiful gem in the area. The people are incredibly warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful property, nice breakfast, comfortable room and especially liked the lobby as we I was traveling with friends and we could congregate there.

The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend a stay as the hotel as it is has not only beautiful surroundings but also the Junior suite room was sleek and comfortable.

Great staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast.

Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the bus station-they are adjacent to one another. There are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. Very nice rooms, close to city center. Andrea was great help

Rooftop deck was very cool, but only room for 4 sitting. 2 bedroom suite was nice. Bedrooms were adjoining so had to pass thru one to get to the other. Overall, very interesting hotel, as described. Would recommend for those looking for something different.

Fantastic hotel in Merano Italy one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Amazing rooftop pool and sauna area. Restaurant options and service cannot was outstanding and spacious rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect location! In the middle of everything!

Excellent, efficient and friendly staff! Beautiful surroundings. We wish we could have stayed longer!

From checkin to checkout including restauration, the welcome and service were excellent. Finally, staff who smile. Clean and well maintained rooms - we even got upgraded to a loft suite with great views. Anecdote: We decided to stay an extra night but there were no rooms. The manager kindly found us 3 rooms down the road. Gotta stay here!

This boutique hotel is situated in a lovely part of Merano and within 1 10 min walking distance of the old town. The staff (especially Stephan) was fantastic. Great breakfast and nice outdoor pool, garden and indoor pool and spa facility was exceptional as well. Only complaint is that the bed was slightly hard.
