ESF Skii school is also 5 mns walk and it helped us get private classes for our child. The reception helped us with cab details as we arrived post check in hours with no shuttle service. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "Recently renovated clean comfortable rooms. Ski in/out access (button lift within 50m) to slopes. Well heated boot/ski lockers. Check in/out good be better. Expectation to clean, strip beds etc more in keeping with a 2 star than 4 star property. Additional end of stay cleaning expensive. Regular visitor to les Arcs. First time in 2000.
