"This is a great place with an amazing infinity pool. Arrived early, front desk staff not very helpful but when i messaged the host they were more than happy to accommodate and allowed us early check. Fast responses and would definitely recommend this place. "

"The property itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need with lovely clean rooms and super spacious. Having said that this was managed by a pretty useless company. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. The link to pay the tax did not work and without that I was unable to access other information like WiFi (I had to then contact the management company separately but they were still unable to provide a link to pay). "Room is great except for the condition is getting old. It is a state of the art facility maybe 15 years ago, but you can see the aging of the furnitures and setup in the kitchen and restroom. Other than that, security is good and service/security staff are great. "

"Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location. "

"The hotel is quite old but clean. The swimming pools open at 8am-9pm. Would be nice if they kept opened. It’s really convenient for food and commute. Everything is 3-7 mins walk away. The Twin Tower, 7/11, Durian shop, shopping mall, their MRT, night food truck, you named it. Everything is just right there."
