「Excellent stay 」

「It was a hot summer when I stay the hotel. My room does not have any air conditionings. The nights were so hot to sleep well. Hotel wifi were very unstable and the credit card system were down at the restaurant.」

「We travel to Belgium each year, and have always stayed at either the Premier Inn or Travelodge at Eureka Park, due to the close proximity of places to eat etc. This year we decided to try Ashford Int Hotel & Spa and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and spacious, there is a pool, gym and spa, and overall we were very happy with the choice. The only tricky bit was finding it, and finding our way to the motorway the next morning - it's a bit more long winded than staying at...

「The location is very good. Near the station and the cathedral. Also, many shops and restaurants there.」

「Condition of my room was fair , wallpaper that looked like it had been painted over was peeling , Fan in room did not work and picture missing off wall but hooks left in it. Bathroom looked refurbished and nice, staff were nice. Unable to order room service as no one answered the phone , spa did not call me to make an apt. And I was unable to eat in the restaurant on both occasions I tried so I ate in the bar. 」

「We stayed here before and after our wedding and found the entire experience was superb. The room was clean, well furnished with good extras e.g. tea/coffee facilities (including nice biscuits!). The shower was fantastic which is one thing I feel often lets other hotels down, so this one was a win for us! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and added extra touches to help us celebrate. The cooked breakfast was faultless and overall I would happily return here.」

「Thought the area and hotel was brilliant, was slightly disappointed with the superior room, thought it would be better standard. Expected a better room instead of the attic space that we got ,apart from that great location and peaceful. 」

「とても立地的には素晴らしい場所に存在しています。朝7時30分発の飛行機を予約していたとしても、朝6時から始まる朝食を急いで食べても、なんとか間に合うくらいには近い場所です。」

「Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Pub staff also, and kindly gave my father no less than 5 different tasters of beers so he could decide what to drink! Lovely quirky interior - looks small from the outside but had lots of different small dining areas inside. Only tiny drawback was the very steep hill up from the rooms furthest away from reception. I hadn't seen it flagged on anything but that may have been because I used a third party site to book online」

「Had a lovely stay here for my boyfriend’s birthday. The hotel has a lot of curb appeal and the staff very friendly. Easy check in and easy to also find our room. We had a view over looking the carpark and the hotel were fully booked so no option to upgrade. The room had everything you needed, the bathroom was almost as big as the room itself! 「Good. Bit disappointed that bar shut so early (9.30ish)」

「Historical touch was lovely, the room was big and well equipped. Very little activities for kids. The area around the property was left messy following the wedding reception. 」

「Wat a g8 find really nice place with good people working it clean comfortable and very quiet food was nice will definitely stay again. One thing if hotel is reading this please have a word with the very smelly local in the bar he’s really unpleasant. 」
