"Service was excellent. Food was good. Location convenient, not far from city center, surrounding is very green & vibrant at night. All good settings for a wonderful holiday in Haikou. Cons was that room sound insulation is not good enough...sound from the neighboring room & from the lift lobby area could be heard & can be disturbing at night. Air-conditioning temperature control was not functioning well."

"The staff are excellent at this hotel and do go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The condition of the hotel is a little old, slow elevators, corridors and the lobby are open and have no air conditioning do by the time you go anywhere you are uncomfortably hot. The location is far from anything so maybe a shuttle could be offered to help those without a car or bus information easily accessible would also help. "the ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient with translations. The restaurant downstairs had a great breakfast dim sum buffet. There is a Bank of China nearby for withdrawing dollars.
