Hotel lobby was non air conditioned and people were smoking. 3. Staff at restaurant serving breakfast didn't care. Ok for us to self serve, but they didn't bother to replenish empty coffee pots. Food was cold w/o warmer. 3. Room toilet has strong stench fm the sewerage. 4. Lack security as anyone can access the hotel floors."
