This hotel is in a neighborhood outside the tourist areas but near restaurants and night time activities. It's on the cutest little tree lined street with historic buildings. It's a gem. My friend and I stayed at the Song Hotel while we were visiting Sydney and we loved it! It was in a great location, right near a subway station and bus stops (and a quick ride from the airport). It was also easy to walk to nearby neighborhoods that had lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, and the dinners we had at the hotel restaurant were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend!

Immensely enjoyed my stay at Medusa. The property features an eclectic mix of rooms to fit all needs, with lots of room to relax in and fantastic toiletries to pamper yourself with. The service is excellent, with Sean and the staff available to greet you and there to handle any needs you may have. The desk is not staffed 24 hours, but there's a concierge service available via phone if you do need to reach someone after hours. The Grace is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to Sydney CBD. The rooms were large and updated. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived late morning although the room was ready, they wanted to charge us$50.00 to check in early.

Love everything about this place!

The suite had everything we needed for a week's stay in Sydney. The kitchen was very equipped. The modern decor was very high end and comfortable. The on-site gym was very good for accommodation with a squat rack, bench press, adjustable incline bench, deadlift bar, dumbells, multi-function machine (lats, leg press, shoulder/bench press), and a few cardio machines.

The property was great for a business traveller not looking to stay in the Central Business District. Extremely clean, spacious, and breakfast included.

The staff was exceptional!!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. I travel a lot and I would rate the staff at this hotel the best I have ever experienced. My son and I traveled from the USA and were not familiar with the area and the reception staff went way beyond expectations to help us. The breakfast staff(2 sisters) were awesome! They were constantly replacing food and drink items as needed and always available. Wish we had this excellent service in the USA!

Very clean hotel with amazing views and close to everything! Right next to public transit too!

We have been welcomed by the staff nicely although they do not accept early check ins due to holiday (New Year) but all our stuff have been accepted for safe keeping. A welcome coffee and muffins is a delight. The spacious 2 bedroom balcony was a sight to see. Complete with kitchen tools and everything you need to complete a worry free travel. We will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and hopefully to come back as well. We are advised that a second building is on the rise and this...
