「チェックイン、アウト、ツアーデスクなど親切に対応してくれました。 レンタル自転車を借りたとき、蓮の見どころを聞いたら、親切に教えてくれました。 一番奥のエリアに泊まりました。Spaやプール、レストランは近いですが、朝食のレストランやフロントは遠いです。 チェックアウトの12：000には、電気自動車を待つ人がたくさんいたので、余裕を持って呼んだ方がいいです。 部屋は広くて、天井も高く、木のぬくもりがあるお部屋でした。エアコンの効きもいいです。 シャワールームと浴槽が分かれているのが良かったです。アメニティーは歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、綿棒、備え付けのボディーソープとシャンプー、コンディショナーがありました。 周囲はお店などは有りませんでした。観光では、バンロンがあり、竹の船で水上を散策出来ました。」

「This is a great place to stay in ninh binh, their rooms are clean, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast is good, there was an annoying family with a bunch of kids that ruined the whole place, but it wasn't their fault and without them the place was wonderful. 「Resort is located along a beautiful lake and opposite a mountain. Great location if you are fan of nature. Hotel manager Anna was extremely helpful when I contacted her via Zalo. She arranged a driver for my day trip to 3 location at a reasonable price and was attentive to my needs. There is some improvements required for this hotel such as breakfast, but overall a beautiful place to stay. 「I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. 」
