「Absolutely love the property it is close to the heart of PTown and has amenities that are unbeatable in town. The rooms are spacious and the heated pool and jacuzzi is always a welcome after a long day exploring. We have returned many times as the staff is always available to help with whatever they can and Tyler does a great job managing a smooth operation from the fresh breakfast each morning to an easy checkout. A must stay if you are in town!」

「We were extremely happy at the end. The people who run the Inn are friendly and helpful, providing wonderful breakfast and answering any questions One might have. We particularly love the location of the Inn – very close to the center of Provincetown, But away from the noise. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room spacious enough. 「The Dyers Beach House has all the nice extras that most places would charge a fer for. Dyers gives at a courtesy terry bathrobes, beach chairs and towels. Very safe relaxing vacation,the town and people were friendly and welcoming. Worth the ride 」

「The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! 」
